Everything you need to know to book us

We operate from Horseshoe Valley, Ontario and include travel up to 50km  in our packages and charge a little more for longer distances 

The pony can be used for experience days and nights, smaller intimidate parties,weddings, charity or corporate events as primary or secondary bar.   She is fitted with a two tap keg system which can hold a single large keg or two smaller kegs for different beer or cider. We also have a 3 door back lit bar fridge which holds 72 tallboys or 150 smaller cans at any one time.  

We try to accommodate all budgets and needs however typically our packages will start from as little as $500 to $2,500 for larger events.  Once we know what you want will can send you a quote https://thevintagepony.ca/booking-form

She is 8ft high, 6ft wide and 15ft long, so very cute and fits in most driveways and gardens as well as larger outdoor venues or barns.  We need a flat, clear space to park and serve, access to and from your location and lots of people to make them smile.  Ideally we need mains power 100ft from the Pony to run her however we can supply a generator for a little extra. 

Unfortunately due to Ontario licencing laws (which we hope will change one day!) we are not able to supply the alcohol for your party however we will supply all the glassware, garnishes, ice and mixers and of course our amazing bar staff!  

You may need to get a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) only if you are holding your event on public property (E.g. Town Hall, Church, Event Venue, etc.). If you are holding the event on private property (E.g. Backyard, Cabin, Property, Farm, etc.) a SOP is not required. Once we have agreed your package price you can secure your date by paying a deposit with the balance due 30 days before your event. You can cancel of course however to be fair we do need a min 30 days’ notice prior to any event or you will lose your deposit.  You can send us an etransfer, bank transfer or cash whichever is easiest for you
